Comments

Comments represent the opinion of their author, and not necessarily that of the Peace Academy Foundation (PFA).  PFA reserves the right to delete comments without warning or explanation.  PFA is not responsible to delete all comments that violate the terms of usage. As a reader you accept the possibility that among the comments you may find content which may violate your religious, moral, or other principles and convictions.

Terms of Use

All users of www.mirovna-akademija.org accept the following terms:

As a user of the website www.mirovna-akademija.org (the site), you oblige yourself to only publishing material that does not violate the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina nor international law. This means that you are responsible in the event that material that you publish violates copyright or other intellectual property laws.  You agree that as a user of www.mirovna-akademija.org you will not:

  • Publish or reproduce legally protected content;
  • Publish or send vulgar, libelous, pornographic, insulting, threatening, racist, fascist or chauvinist content – texts, pictures, videos, or audio recordings;
  • Publish or send advertising materials with public or private content;
  • Publish or send private or protected information of a person or legal entity;
  • Represent yourself falsely (as another individual or legal entity);
  • Publish, reproduce, or send information that violates the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina or international laws;
  • Publish, reproduce, or send information which causes harm to a third person;
  • Spread ethnic intolerance or insult citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina or any other country based on their ethnicity or any other basis;
  • Insults other site users;
  • Register again if you have been banned;
  • Misuse the site www.mirovna-akademije.org in any other way.

All data which is entered during registration is stored in a database.  None of this data can nor will be shown to third persons (unless required by law).  PFA is not responsible in the event that data is revealed as a result of a hacker attack.

You are responsible for the contents of your articles and comments and will not hold the PFA responsible in any way related to them.

PFA also maintains the right to reveal your identity (and any other information that we possess about you) in the event of a lawsuit or legal action which is the result of articles or comments which you sent.

PFA is not responsible for the contents of your articles or comments published on www.mirovna-akademija.org. Articles or comments on the site are exclusively the opinions of their authors and not of the Peace academy.

Essays
